Refund policy
Due to being a small but growing business with very limited materials and quantities, we do offer returns, but they must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. We also offer store credit or exchanges for all full-priced pieces.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. For bottom pieces, the hygiene sticker must still be intact and in place.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we’ll gladly cover the shipping for any exchanged items.
All of our pieces are handmade with love and care, and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. We’re happy to replace, repair, or exchange any item with a manufacturing fault—but not for damage caused by normal wear and tear.
All SALE items are FINAL.
